"I FB messaged to request a customised bouquet for my partners birthday as she is a keen gardener, and loves specific colours and flowers, mainly tulips. I received a prompt reply, and despite being closed on a Wednesday, the florist said they were heading into work for an hour and were happy to make my request and leave it in the shop next door for me to collect.
