"Needed some flowers quickly and phoned to check opening times. The lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. My daughter was going to pick the flowers up and the lady said she would have them waiting for her and would watch out for her as parking was not very good. My daughter arrived at the shop shortly after I phoned and the lady ran outside with the flowers so my daughter did not have to worry about parking.
