"I always enjoy my Yoga classes at the studios. The place is clean, reservations are easy to book and they always look after their clients. I would recommend Canada Water Studios to anyone looking to improve their well-being in a nice, cosy location with excellent customer service."
"Fantastic local ballet studio offering a wide range of classes. I'm not sure why I saw a 1 star review! It is very difficult to build a large dance studio complex full of showers and changing rooms etc. Given the architectural limitations (built on the ground floor of a housing complex) I think this place is brilliant. The receptionist was polite and friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about classes and teachers etc. They also charge very competitive hire fees if you need somewhere quickly, as I did!"
"I have been to these studios many times as I live nearby. They are great as they have wide variety of activities from yoga and fitness to various dance styles, nice comfy clean studios, loos and changing room. Always very creative and upbeat atmosphere and friendly staff. Perfect choice for me."
"Where do I start... the ONE changing room is MIXED: I had to lock myself in a toilet to get changed, because there were children around and I didn't want to get undressed in front of them. There were no men at that time, but there can be, obviously. Furthermore the children and mums were making such a loud mess, quite annoying to be honest. A lady from the class told me that once they had to go through a Sunday workshop with a loud party taking place in the other room, with children dashing in and out the changing room, food and mess everywhere... Glad I wasn't there, not my idea of a ballet studio. Back to the changing room: there are no showers (of course, who needs showers in a sport centre?!) so after the class I had to freshen up using napkins and my own bottle of water, again locked in a toilet, with people lining up outside!! Very awkward, uncomfortable and unpleasant.. hated going back home all sweaty. The studio has an awkward shape, with 2 large columns in the middle, often blocking my view of the teacher who had to run up and down to get us to see her... also I had to restrict my movements to not to hit the column next to me, as the class was busy that evening. Again, uncomfortable. At the beginning and at the end of the class we had to set up and then put away the free-standing barres, which were very unstable to lean on... not what I expect from a dance studio. The class has been interrupted at least twice, once by another teacher who had to came in to collect some equipment, later by the buzzing of the intercom, because there was no receptionist to let people in! The first time I tried to go for a drop-in class I couldn't get in myself, because there was no receptionist, and I had to go back home! I attended one class only: the class itself has been good, but the whole set up of the studio and the poor service throughout really put me off, so I'm not going back. Such a let down for us locals."
"I love this place; the atmosphere is very relaxed. I like it because there are no membership fees like most places in London. Some classes are booked via the studio's online booking system and some are booked directly with the instructor. My whole family do activities there and the kids love it."
