The classes are welcoming, inclusive and great fun - even on the drabbest evening, I leave feeling energised both physically and mentally. Ann is the perfect teacher! She explains everything so clearly and has plenty of personality and a great sense of humour. Belinda is fantastic too. She has endless patience and gives really good guidance to improve. I’ve wanted to learn to dance for years but was very nervous about joining a class. I can honestly say this has been the highlight of my year so far!"

"This is a lovely welcoming & friendly dance school. My wife and I have been attending weekly classes for three years. I had absolutely no knowledge of dance when we started. We entered the hall on the first evening to see a group of about thirty people moving in unison across the dance floor. I was impressed. Each session is preceded by a reminder of the basic steps and new students are encouraged to join in at their own pace. Ann Langley and her assistants have taught us with unfailing patience and professionalism and above all it has been fun. This year we were confident enough to take our newly acquired skills and dance at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom. The Ann Langley School of Dancing is adult social dancing tuition at its very best. The classes are fun and informal and everyone is there to learn a new skill and meet new people who are all there for the same reason. Ann's band of helpers are excellent and very patient! "I thoroughly enjoy my dance lessons every week. Tuition is done in an informal and friendly way. My fellow dancers are great to be with, and they all have a great sense of humour. Helpers are around to assist anyone who requires it. Ann progresses to other moves once she feels the group are ready or even modify if anyone has difficulty which is good for me. I am not a natural mover and initially had two left feet but after four years of perseverance my dancing skills are a lot better. I feel Ann has been very patient with me. What more could you want. "Great dancing school It is friendly and welcoming Ann the teacher is excellent and caters for all abilities with extreme professionalism. She puts all beginners at ease immediately . I have danced since the age of 7 and am now 65. during that time I have been with various teachers and find that Ann is the best for the teaching of both social dancing and the technical demands of the more advanced student. I thoroughly enjoy my evenings at the village hall and highly recommend The dance school"
