"Absolutely disgusting customer service from this store and manager. Went to post a parcel and was told post office was shut for 20 mins while they processed a delivery. I waited patiently and turned away other customers and there was no signage up to advise it was closed. The staff then decided to serve from the shop counter?!? When questioned I was advised that they can choose which counter to serve from. I was advised that my parcel would take 3.5 minutes to process. And when I advised they would spend longer than that serving the other customers I was advised to go to another post office. I did this and went to 311 pensby road, what a difference! Fantastic service, everything fully explained with a smile. Oh and it took 1 min 6 secs. Learn how to treat your customers and how to do your job!"
"Just walked with a parcel to post and to get some bits and pieces Sunday evening as they advertise that they are open till 22:00hrs which is really convenient. I got there at 21:50hrs and found the door locked, I saw a member of staff standing 5m from me inside the shop so I tapped on the window twice were he definitely heard me but turned the opposite way and walked away into the back. Just really annoyed!"
