"I have had the great pleasure of training at several Muay Thai gyms over the years, but none have compared to the experience I've had with Coach Bradley. From the moment I stepped into the gym, I could tell that this was a place where the true spirit of Muay Thai and Thai culture was honored and respected. Coach Bradley is an exceptional instructor with an in-depth knowledge of the sport and its history. He has an incredible ability to break down the techniques and mechanics of each strike and movement, making it easy for even the most novice of fighters to understand and execute. He is also incredibly patient and supportive, always taking the time to work with each student individually to help them improve. In addition to the technical instruction, Coach Bradley also places a strong emphasis on the cultural aspects of Muay Thai. He encourages his students to learn about the history and traditions of the sport, and often incorporates traditional music and rituals into the training sessions. This not only helps to deepen our understanding of the sport, but also helps to create a sense of community and respect for the art form. The gym itself is also top-notch. The equipment is well-maintained and there is a wide variety of training options available, including heavy bags, pads, and a ring for sparring. The other trainers and students are also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to train and socialize. I can't wait to come back for more. This training experience is genuinely one-of-a-kind . After training in Thailand I though nothing can match the level of expertise and passion. I was wrong I learn more from the Couch about the cultural aspects then from Thai Word Champs . Thank you and definitely see you soon."
"Best place to train Muay Thai in my opinion because the classes are intense training both cardio and techniques. Good atmosphere and good teachers. Training wise, no complaints. The only issue however is the class sizes for non-beginners in the "experienced" classes in the evenings. They seem to be overflowing where you can barely move without bumping into someone. Before the gym used to have beginner, general, and advanced classes to split this up more and that was a good idea. Capping the number of people, or splitting it up into another place to train might be needed as some feedback."
"I come here and enjoy boxing class. They give us boxing curriculum. Very intelligent training system! One day I hope to resume classes. Reception and muay thai man spent time talking to me. Very friendly people. I see also gym owner walking around speaking to people which is good"
"Great coaches, more classes on the timetable than any other martial arts gym I know of and a place to become part of the best community. 10/10 would recommend. Going to KO is the best part of my day."
"Been training Muay Thai with KO for 8 months now and what an experience it’s been, absolutely incredible community focused martial arts gym. Atmosphere, classes, facilities and culture of this place are top notch, within a month I felt right at home and was making progress. The kru are all exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone, you can’t go wrong with this place."
