"I'm not super happy with this place today - our 2nd visit. Upon paying 9ur fee and proceeding to the track, we got shouted at by other runners who weren't happy about us using the inside lane.vafter getting shouted at by these people, we then left and went inside to throw a basketball around, at which point a member of staff cane 6o us and took away the ball, saying as we had not 0re-booked we weren't allowed to be there. The reception guy was happy to take our entrance fee (5 of us) and I told him my intention to use the track and hoops. Poor experience today -as residents of Hounslow, I really do expect more. We were watching people walk through a rear entrance in the back 8d the track and use the facility for free! This is what you get for paying through the front door!"
