"Nothing but problems getting repeat prescriptions. Will give them credit for getting me emergency supply but shouldn't have to go to gp, then back to them, then back to gp especially when I signed up for them to take care of ordering it. Give them a chance and it's fine for a few months then I seem to slip through the system cracks and I need to do the chasing for them. -Editing to reply: My prescriptions are under Alison Neil, yesterday you had my husband who was picking up for me under the impression it was the GPs fault (you have had me do that to) which was your responsibility to order and he then had to get you to order on 19th. He went over to the gp who informed him that no they did infact send it to you on the 20th and told him you are 2 days behind. Stop passing the blame to the GP."
