"Thankfully the store has a good manager, because the little old woman who works there has a major attitude problem, when you return an item you have used that doesn't work. Online customer service said there's no problem, then this little old woman decides to question why I have used 2 week dose of a medicine before I see a gp. Definitely won't be returning to the belle vale store in Liverpool while she is behind the till."
