"I thought there was a covid Pandemic but this chemist doesn't think so well that is the impression you get when you visit this shop with there total disregard to their Customers safety I visited on Thursday 6th Jan and tried to use the hand sanitiser not working again this has been the same for a couple of weeks that i know of when i asked the assistant i was told it was Brocken and had been for a while Yes things do break However a replacement dispenser is only £10 to £15 and it seems they did not even think of placing a bottle Hand sanitizer for customers to use after all they do sell it . The worst thing as a health care professional it also seem to have slipped there mind is as a chemist there customers are mostly not well or collecting a prescription for an ill person so extremely vulnerable. my suggestion stop putting profits before your customers Health and safety. Thank you for your response However who is telling Lies 1 You 2 Me 3 your counter assistant 4 the manager i have visited over a couple of weeks hand sanitiser broken when i asked your counter assistant She stated that this had been broken for a while Her words . When i asked to see manager She also confirmed it had been broken and when i challenged this was broken for a couple of weeks she also a confirmed this you would redeem yourself more if you just acknowledged the sanitizer was brooked and you were happy look into the issue not to try and turn it around to look as if i was mistaken Shameful"

"This pharmacy is amazing! The staff go above and beyond and are so friendly. On one occasion my elderly fathers prescription had been missed by his doctors surgery and he needed his medication for the next day. The lovely young girl behind the counter kindly called the surgery and between her and the pharmacist, my dad's medication was in my hand in no time at all! I wouldn't go anywhere else!"

It's the exact same in Coatbridge shop.the 2 shops are spotless, shops are always spotless, and the same can be says for the staff, very clean."
