"We visited the Skelmersdale branch one Saturday. They had decent levels of stock and a decent range of goods. Unfortunately after we had purchased some items and then went next door to B&Ms we found the same items on sale cheaper. Worst though, was the fact that the cashier charged us for 5 of 1 item when we had only got 3 of them. We noticed quickly and went back in. The cashier was rude, shouting down the queue asking what was wrong, and basically accused us of lying. She stated there was definitely more than 3 in our basket. She checked and then corrected it, but there was no apology. I'd advise you to check prices carefully, and watch your items going through the till."
