"Don't send your child here if they have a disability. As staff don't care they make promises (Jan & Frank) that they are there for you but don't even bother to reply to emails or phone calls you are left alone."
"IELTS program review - please I strongly advise you to look somewhere else. It feels like a scam! They collected my money for the IELTS online registration and THEN cancelled my booking! I’m trying to contact them but no one is picking the phone."
"Lewisham college, twice I have now enrolled did the Maths and English tests (requirements for the Plumbing course) TWICE wasted 2 days of my life, for the college to say again it won't be going ahead on the days id enrolled on (Mon/Tues), and if I was interested I'd have to do the paid night course or do the 3 days per week course (Wed/Thu/Fri) which is im told by the head of department Alan Kirby full of youngsters that dont wanna learn not very appealing and not as easy to commit to when you have a family, so it appears to me that this college does not care about people's education, a community college that doesn't want to help the community, if you're thinking of taking up any course here you would completely waste your time, find a college that cares about your education, saying im frustrated is an understatement, its now to late to enrol elsewhere so I'll have to wait a year to apply somewhere else. Thanks again!"
"Disgusting college and the teaching staff and course instructors are bullies. Stay away from Christopher Burke who is in charge of the Door Supervisor security course. He is a bully, and will laugh in your face whenever you try to confront him. If you try to complain to his manager, they will just side with Chris and not even ask to speak to you on the phone or in person about your complaint. It took Chris over 6 weeks to let me know over email the results of my exams. I was told by Chris that I would have to redo the entire course all over again and wait until January 2022 to do so."
"The College front line service was very helpful and informative. With the volume of people waiting to been seen the staff were doing the best to ensure each person was seen and provided a high quality of service. When I returned from my assessment there was a female lady alone who was fantastic at multitasking and ensuring people where not waiting to long. I would only recommend more staff is need even though they was working extremely hard."
