"Very poor performance overall. Visited their premises last week - one member of staff only, she was trying to deal with customer but I felt she could have at least acknowledged me. Gave up waiting, returned a couple of hours later. I left my number with her - to be fair, she did call me back. Told her what I required - she said she'd email me the details as "there was no point in going back to the office". No email received, I called several times, left messages. No response. Not impressed"
