"I telephoned to ask a question about the Spain Travel Health Form, as I am slightly dyxlexic and was looking for verbal help. I was rudely rebuffed by a member of staff on the phone. She told me, as I hadn't booked with them that she couldn't help me, and hung up. Not at all helpful. Many Thanks. I wonder if a blind person knocked on the door and asked if this was the chemist, would he also be rebuffed and told that unless he had a booking with them that they couldn't help them? I Most certainly Not consider using the services of this Agency, and Will repeat my experience with them If I am ever asked to reccomend a Travel Agency. Thanks Again."
