"I bought the large dicer in April 21 and have been really happy with it. Part of it broke in Aug 21 meaning it was unusable. Nova kindly sent me a replacement part and it's been great. The same part has broken again so I have emailed them, left 3 or 4 voicemails and now I can't even get through to leave a message, just rings and rings. Not great customer service. Only had the gadget a year and bit. Please could someone get back to me?!"
"I recently received an order of a complete slicer and peeler set. The quality looked good, but to release the slicer in place when the order was received, needed the help of a screw driver. With very sharp blades in a gadget, that isn't going to stay in my kitchen. Waiting now for my refund. Won't be using this company again"
