"Called from inverkeithing train station to be told that they wouldn’t pick me up from there as it’s too far from Dunfermline (even though the website states long journeys) advised that I always used abbey taxis for taxis too and from the station was then told that they would send someone but that if I wasn’t there my number would be blocked effectively banning me. Very aggressive on the phone and poor customer service 2 stars as the driver that picked me up was excellent. If you don’t want to pick up from inverkeithing then remove the term long distance from your webpage."
