"APPALLING! I placed an order for a sound bar Sunday 19th for next-day delivery (paid extra) Monday 20th March. I didn’t receive any order confirmation as this would be emailed. I also purchased a care plan. Monday came and no contact from Currys. I went into my local branch to see if they could help, but my order didn’t exist. I rang Currys and they said I had to wait 24 hours for the order to get on the system (next day is obviously a con!), so I had to ring back. My Dad went into the store where I ordered the sound bar and nobody in there could help, apparently, there was a ‘glitch’ in the system so I had to wait (even though they had one in stock!). I’ve been ringing all week and NOBODY can help. They have £1k of my money and I’m paying for a care plan (did receive email) with no product! Nobody can tell me when my order will arrive, I ‘just have to wait’! Clearly, if the order is not processed, no order number is issued and no order is processed! Its never going to happen! How is this acceptable? There is nobody to complain to, a PO box number at best! 7 days and I’m still no further! I had to use Currys as I had a voucher as they couldn’t repair my old system"

"What's not to love about the local Currys store in Trowbridge. Nothing says "family day-out" like a browse around B&M, followed by a swift lunch in the McDonalds and then a browse for some amazing technology in the Currys store. You will often find friendly staff, a bustling atmosphere, and plenty of knowledgeable people to help you make the right purchase decision. Whether you're looking for a TV, laptop, or a new mobile phone, these guys are always happy to help. The only minor criticisms of course would be that occasionally the pricing on certain less-trafficked items can be out of date or wrong. The common perpetrators of this are SD Cards, miscellaneous accessories, and small-ticket items dotted around. Aside from this though, the store is clean, someone is always around to help, and of course Jonathan is something of a local legend, celebrating nearly 40 years of service, friendly and welcoming!"

"Went to buy a hard drive for my streamer. Got pounced on as soon as I walked in and twice more while I was browsing. If I need help, I'll ask for it. Found what I wanted and all else was fine. Please Curry's, at least let your prospective customers have a look around before your sales people pounce. I really don't need asking three times in three minutes if I'm ok."

Had a sense of humour & it really was a breath of fresh air to have happy customer service. He is an asset to the company & deserves to know that you made our day with being so lovely."
