"We recently purchased a new Siemens heat pump tumble dryer from Coopers. Yet again, great advice and their knowledge of appliances is exceptional. I was wary of the heat pump tumble dryer as it was a bit more expensive and the reviews I read online were mixed. However, having played around with it, it's amazing. Longer cycles but way lower energy used and the Siemens 5 year warranty. I think some of the reviewers hadn't really explored the updated functions on modern dryers. Next day delivery from Coopers and they kindly removed and disposed of our old machine. With high streets seemingly suffering these days it's great to support a great local store."
