"My self and my girlfriend had our gate analysis checked this morning, and were very impressed with the knowledge and information the staff member we dealt with. Fantastic customer service and would highly recommend! :)"
"Sam W helped with my gait analysis and was very helpful and knowledgeable on a wide variety of shoes. There was no pressure to buy and even suggested other shoes that weren't stocked by Runner Need. Ended up ordering online as my size wasn't in stock. Cheers Sam"
"Really friendly and helpful staff. They were very patient and concerned to help me buy the right pair of shoes for me. They were so good I even bought a pair of walking boots as well. A fun experience."
"This week I bought my first pair of proper running shoes from your Bristol Broadmead shop. What a fantastic experience it was - David was so friendly, knowledgeable, passionate about running and super helpful. I nominate him for some kind of employee award!"
"Girl who served me the first time had a really bad attitude and was annoyed when i returned my unwanted clothes i bought online. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and it took maybe 30 minutes before she entered everything into their system before she could give me my receipt. I returned a lot of unwanted clothes and she had trouble locating all the items. I got the impression the codes were different and it took a lot of searching and double checking everything which i can see could be time consuming. Despite the difficulty she had, it was her overall attitude that was poor, she really didn't look like she wanted to do any work. I went back a second time to return unwanted clothes that i bought in store this time and again same girl with bad attitude and customer service. I thought to myself maybe shes having a bad day but it always seem to be the same with this member of staff, I think shes full time maybe because shes in the store a lot. My final time i returned with unwanted clothes from online I saw the same staff member with the bad attitude but as soon as she saw me she walked off and the other member of staff behind the counter served me. This other member of staff was great, good customer service, polite and processed all my unwanted clothes so much faster and I think she was a part time member. The fourth time I decided not to return to the store to return anything and used the post office to return my items and pay for the postage to send everything back instead. The hassle of dealing with bad customer service and attitude from that full time member of staff wasn't worth my time, despite being a free return in store and i wont be returning to that store again. That store wont survive for long with members of staff like that."
