Any issues we've had in our time in the flat have always been dealt with appropriately and efficiently, keeping me informed throughout. "Lets let were great before, and during tenancy. However, I had to move out of the property promptly on the last few days of tenancy. The flat was cleaned/hoovered/mopped prior to moving out. Post inspection, I received a notification that a cleaner would have to be hired due to the minor marks in the bathroom sink, and a few other areas in the kitchen (such as drawers not being 100% clean). In my opinion, this would have taken approximately 15minutes - 30minutes to clean, however I was charged £80 from my deposit. In addition, upon myself entering my property, the property was not in a perfect condition itself which makes me even more frustrated. Let's Let have taken liberty over my deposit, and by the sounds of other reviews, other individuals deposit too. Be careful when choosing to let with Lets Let. I would also like to add, Lets Let had to be chased several times for return of deposit."

"I have been a tenant through Lets Let in Hamilton for 13 years. I cannot speak more highly about their service. In my experience they have made working with the landlord easy and stress free. Whenever there were issues, they were always contactable. During the festive period they would give you points of contact you could contact directly. If there were any delays in getting authorisation from the landlord for repairs etc, they would always keep you updated. Their professionalism and tenant focused attitude when doing home visits were always welcomed. I cannot recommend them enough. I have now bought the property I was renting, if I hadn't done that then I am sure I would still be a long sitting tenant through them. The team are fantastic x"
