"Our baby is now nearly 6 months old, and Big You Little You has been a bit of a home from home for us in our first months as parents. We first engaged with the business to access the nappy library. When our baby was a newborn, we attended baby massage classes and a “Beyond Birth" course for new parents, as well as receiving breastfeeding support and using the sling library. We've since attended other sessions and look forward to more, as there is all sorts on offer for babies and toddlers. The shop has a thoughtful range of products and gifts for families. Anna has created a special and welcoming atmosphere, always making space for chat and opportunities for friendships to form. If asked, she's happy to offer advice and support on all sorts of areas, but is never pushy, and has helped us to find our feet as new parents."

"Highly recommend this business. I met Anna, owner/operator of BYLY initially for a Daisy Birthing Course in March 2020. We had our first session before lockdown. She moved the sessions to zoom instead and they actually worked quite well and I really looked forward to them. I learned a lot from the course and would highly recommend it for other first time moms who have no idea what to expect and who don't want to spend a fortune on other courses. I then also learned about the Liverpool nappy library, also run by Anna. I hired a newborn kit and ended up happliy sticking with cloth. Anna was also very generous with her time to give me extra help/info on cloth. I also attended via zoom the baby massage course in Jan 2021. Unfortunately my little guy was a bit too old for the course and we didn't get as much out of it as I would have liked but this was no fault of Anna's who was doing her best to offer parents these types of courses through zoom during lockdown. I've also bought a few products at BYLY such as swimsuits. Anna seems to be very careful about the products she stocks. All very good quality and at prices comparable to online. I'd rather buy local than online when possible."

"I did the beginner's massage class with Anna online during the pandemic with my 5 week old daughter. I really enjoyed it (as did my daughter!) - Anna's instruction was clear, informative and easy to follow, and the classes built on one another over the four weeks, consolidating what we had learned. I liked how there were plenty of opportunities to communicate with other new mums, with Anna gently guiding discussions on topics like colic and cloth nappies. I will be attending the weekly drop in sessions to keep up the massage and the connections. Highly recommend!"

"I would really recommend the introduction to baby massage course. The routines are a great way to bond with and stimulate your baby. Sequences for different body parts are added each week, allowing enough time to become familiar with each and working up to a full body massage. Anna was fantastic - she was very willing to answer our questions, provide useful tips, and work around the needs of our babies. She also facilitated discussions between the mums, which was really valuable during the current pandemic."
