"I have been offered a place for the BSc (Hons) Person-Centred. I withdrew due to awful customer/student service, the BSc Person-centred Director is very unprepared to deal with people/human beings, and I never had an answer regarding my complaint from the Head of Faculty 1 - Psychotherapy and Counselling. The latter appeared once during a Certificate in Counselling Skills online and took thirty minutes from our training to sell Metanoia courses. When selling, Metanoia Directors are eager sellers and will charge you (GBP150) for a workshop that should be an "open day". They were very kind with soft, peaceful, smooth voices and very human, but once I had a place, I was just another number and a cash machine in a "person-centred" approach. A bad example from the Director made me rethink everything, and I withdrew. So I am making sure not to recommend BSc Person-centred at Metanoia. It would not be my first degree, and I know how staff can make a difference."
"Stephanie Holland has worked really hard to ensure that the building is as safe as can be from a Covid perspective. Clear rules, masks, testing kits, extra cleaning etc. Yet still the same friendly welcome and facilities. It's good to be back!"
"The worst experience I have ever had. I submitted my application in March and I had to email and call so many times for an answer. They promised to call me back every time, but it never happend. The person responsible for the admissions seems disappeard. Apparently she's never there. But they were quick to take my money for a course they advertised as mandatory and is, in fact, useless outside their own institute."
"I've been chasing an answer about my admission for months and the only person who knows the answer is someone called Nicola. Nobody else could help, they all sent me back to Nicola. I've been promised a callback for weeks. Don't bother applying here, even if they accept you, you are not going to be better off as the academic staff struggle to understand basic questions and answer on topic. The guy at the reception is the only one who was a pleasure to talk to (sorry, I didn't catch his name)."
