"Poor customer service!!! Nobody assisted us when we came in to the shop. Shop assistant was looking to the phone for first 5 minutes while we went around prams and tried to compare different models. She was rude by saying 'Don't do that' instead of showing us how to fold and operate the pram."

Both staff are professional, friendly and most of all, know their products. My daughter wasn't entirely sure what she wanted, but certainly found it in Prime Prams. We did visit another well known pram store, but Prime Prams was honestly 100% better in terms of staff, layout of shop, and customer service. I would certainly recommend it."
