"Booked one to one swim lessons for my two children one of which is 2 years old. Made several enquiries via email telephone and online enquiry form regarding sessions for my children. Was told in order to secure my place for the following course I would have to pay for an addition session for both my children. (Clearly they must have had people drop out and needed to fill the shortfall). Based on the reviews online I decided that this was a good company to go with. We had booked a holiday in July and I wanted both my children to be confident in the water before we went. I was told I had to pay the deposits that day in order to secure the booking which I did by paying £60 cash as requested. When I asked for a receipt I was told that they were on order and hadn't been delivered yet. Baring in mind that I had just given cash to a complete stranger I asked for a text message confirming the amount I had given. I was then sent a message with the outstanding balance amount which I paid by bank transfer prior to the first session. All terms and conditions state that full payment is required prior to the first session which was done. The morning of my first session I received a further message to say that I had to pay an additional £30 for the 9th lesson. Which I paid for in cash. I gave this to Natalie the proprietor and again wasnt given a receipt. After the first session it was decided that my 2 year old wasn't taking to the water and not wanting to distress her further it was decided that I would be refunded for 8 seasions. We continued with the sessions for my son for the following 2 months. Every time I requested a update regarding my refund I was told that Natalie hadnt had time to do it and that she would have it ready by the following week. Seeing a pattern I decided to request payment via email so that I would have a trail of the companies response. Natalie denied ever receiving the £60 deposit and when I forwarded her a copy of the text message she then denied ever receiving the £30 cash I had given her. I disputed this and only received part payment of my refund. She offered me 2 sessions for my son after 2 and a half months of trying to get my money back. I never went back for those sessions. I couldn't trust this women with my money forget trusting her with my son. She's a unprofessional business owner and a compulsive liar. Even after promising me my money on several occasions denied ever doing so by email. Would never ever go back again. If you do use use at your own risk and make sure you get a receipt from this scammer.
