"Staff very helpful but thought the room was really tired looking. The bathroom looked clean until closer inspection. Bed was very comfortable but ripped on the underside. The approach to the hotel is dreadful with large potholes littering the whole area. If you need to be close to the centre of East Kilbride, this is definitely handy, but this Premier needs an upgrade."
"Apart from placing the "Please Clean Room" card on your door, you have to ask reception first if you want your room cleaned. In our case even after doing that there was some miscommunication and our room was not cleaned. Purposefully we only requested to have it cleaned once given the Christmas time of year and some staff shortage. There is no safe in the rooms nor is there a lift. Taking heavy luggage up the stairs may not be easy for everybody. Apart from that the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also quite good in terms of variety."
"A convenient hotel in a useful location for anyone working in East Kilbride. The room was clean and the staff helpful. The entire staff were very professional when the fire alarm sounded in the night ensuring that everyone followed the correct procedure."
"Great little hotel, the rooms, although no frills, are quite comfortable without being expensive. The site has ample parking and a reasonable no frills restaurant. It would suit business travellers who dont want to max out their travel budget, or indeed the location isnt too bad for families who want a base for exploring the local area. The only reservation I would say is that it has NO LIFT - so if you are of limited mobility or have heavy cases it may be an idea to contact them in advance to request a ground floor room."
"Can't say enough about how good my stay was last week in this Hotel. The staff were extra helpful and friendly. I could come and go as I pleased with the Room key. My room and bed was very comfortable and clean. It's handy location to town centre and buses was great.What more can you want from a budget hotel? Hotels nearby wanted to charge way too much."
