"Food only review in two parts: I was in a few years ago and after disorganised service I eventually got my mac n cheese with chips. Unfortunately the chips had a few hairs in them, but the rest was lovely but put off the place a bit. Everybody deserves a second chance so I went with my fience and Dad on Monday night. The staff, including a new girl on her 1st day were very attentive. The food did take a little while to come, but we took comfort in the fact it was really nice so it must have been cooked fresh and hair free! Although moving away from Wishaw, we will pop in again whilst in the area for a decent bit of pub grub."
"Nice hotel, staff were lovely. Decent price. Rooms were nice but a little loud because of the live lounge (though this didn't go on super late - I stayed on a Thursday night). The music was good though. The dinner was nice, with a good selection of vegan options. Do note the kitchen closes early most weeknights. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. The location was perfect for our purposes but it's not what you'd call a regular holiday spot."
