"i broke my glasses and went into Specsavers Rutherglen today, i had only bought them 4 months ago, luckily they had the same frame so took my old lenses and put them into my new glasses, then told me they would not be charging me for the new glasses! i was made up, the staff were superb, very friendly and great customer service, this was 3 days before xmas and i was expecting a bill, so to not get a bill at this time of year was brilliant!!!"
