""That's what" - She"
"Sadly, the children are viewed as pieces of data in order to please Ofsted and garner the headteacher an "Outstanding' rating at all costs. This is in place of regarding and treating children as the precious, fragile little humans that in reality, they really are. Mayville represents all that is wrong with education today. I can't see how this state of affairs will last and wonder if the headteacher will ever open her eyes and see the fallacy for what it is? She has been making a terrible, tragic mistake."
"The school layout and playground are modern and brilliant, where staff is very helpful and welcoming. The kids are happy with the school in general and there is considerable improvement academically year by year."
"It is the first time when I will write a Google review for a school and this is to let everyone know what a poor experience I had with this school. The management team is so disorganized and inconsiderate towards people. My experience with this school was short, unpleasant and emotionally draining. I applied for a position within their school, they called me for the first interview appointing me for 9.00 am. They come to pick me up from the lobby at 9.15 and then they asked me to wait for 1 h alone in a classroom because they had another candidate before me. After my observation they asked me to come for a second interview/lesson observation. I got ready for the second interview and at the end of it they give me a positive feed back but mentioned that they would let me know the final decision by the end of the day. They have not sent me any e-mail that day , or the second day. I dared to call the school and to ask the EYFS head what happened and without giving me any clear answer she just hang up in my face. The second day I called again. The deputy answered me and said I was unsuccessful, with no explanations or feedback email. By this time I lost 1 week waiting for them to take a decision and give me a reply. Precious time I could of searched and secured a position with another school. I am so upset with the way the school handled this situation. They treated me in such a disgusting manner. I would not work with this school not even if I would be invited. Also I strongly do not believe they offer equal opportunities and chances for their candidates. They told me I have areas I need to improve , now I am telling them they also need to work on their organisational skills and the way they treat and handle people."
