"I have had to call a few times in the last year for myself and a family member. Efficient process for dealing with true emergency/ urgent requests dealt with the same day. Had to call back a few times for non urgent issues but understanding that they have to prioritise urgent requests on the day. Great practice."

"Called for an inhaler prescription request, told it should be ready by 5pm (Have had asthma most life but hadn't been a bother last few years). Called beforehand to check all was well, to be told my request was denied and I was to see a nurse in person(Would have been nice to know this before having to call), this was no good to me as I was in work/would be working when an appointment was available, and it was an emergency. Was told a doctor would call me back. They did not and are now shut for the day. Now I'm in an unnecessary panic for what to do. Probably A&E if it worsens :)"
"Waiting time to get through is absolutely ridiculous. Spent 45min on hold just to be told to call back tomorrow. You will need to wait for hours in few days before you get lucky to get an appointment. Rude staff on the reception the doctors are actually alright."
