"Firstly, I have no idea why it is so difficult to actually see a doctor. It makes no sense that a doctor does not feel more comfortable making a diagnosis face to face, with all available facts. Fortunately I am not a frequent user of the services here. If the process is to carry out a telephone consultation, why is that not possible by appointment? If there is a new procedure for consultation why is it not communicated more effectively? Why does everyone blame receptionist when they don't make procedural decisions? What has happened to our Health Centre and why are we still using Covid as an excuse for public manipulation?"
"We are with the windmill practice at MHC. Drs are fantastic. All of the staff is superb apart from one receptionist.. .. she would turn milk sour! But the rest of the staff is very accommodating."
"Good size of health centre. They do have a lift as it is over 2 floors. They also have a car park. I think they have around 6 different G.P practice. They also have a speech therapist. It covers all of the Motherwell and surrounding area. It is also on a main bus route."
"I have been at the practice for 17 years now, the original doctors have all retired and were replaced by new doctors over a couple of years. My current doctor is Dr McPhail who is brilliant and I would never change as is Dr Gallacher. It's a great warm welcoming practice with a wide variety of of patients and Nationalities."
"Ive been using this practice for over 20 years now, sadly more frequently these past few years. Anyway, the receptionists are knowlegable and always very helpful. I have always felt very fortunate with the GP i have, especially when i hear how some of my friends GP's are with them in other health centers. Keep up the good work, so 5 stars from me. :-)"
