"Both my son (for 4.5yrs) and daughter (for 2yrs) attended this excellent nursery. The standard of care and teaching is very high. My children used to literally run in to the nursery in the morning which is a strong reflection on the positive and loving environment that has been created. The food is cooked on site and is a varied healthy menu. It really helps because my children at school now eat everything and love fruit/veg. The Management is very friendly and approachable. The Manager (Nirupa) is absolutely lovely and is assisted by her efficient son which creates a warm family environment. Any issues are addressed very promptly with good feedback to the parents. The communication and relationship with the parents is excellent. I thoroughly recommend and positively endorse this nursery."

"Snowflakes is an exceptional nursery. Both my children have attended the nursery over a period of 5 years and not once have I had any doubts as to their care and professionalism. I, much like other parents, are absolutely horrified by the negative reviews which sound like utter nonsense. As a teacher myself, I was ruthless in my quest to find the perfect nursery for my children and believe me I visited many establishments in a range of areas and there simply was no comparison. The children at Snowflakes are extremely well looked after- the staff genuinely care and take great pains to teach and develop their skills in order to prepare them for school. The nursery is very well managed; management ensure that the premises are maintained and are kept clean. There are a range of educational and Montessori toys to help child progress and development. Progress is mapped through detailed reports which are carefully written by staff. The activities are engaging and interesting and most importantly, the children are happy. The staff do an amazing job- they tirelessly ensure that the ethos of the nursery is upheld- the children are the priority as is their safety and happiness. Both my children left the nursery being extremely well prepared for their future in Primary education. I can't thank the staff enough for taking such good care of my boys- they both loved attending and undoubtedly are better individuals as a result. Many thanks to all the staff at Snowflakes- Xxxx"

"Snowflakes is a great little nursery. My daughter started Snowflakes just after her first birthday and was there until she went to school aged 4. She loved going to nursery, she was in a very happy and safe environment. The teachers here go above and beyond most over nurseries in my opinion. The work they do with the children is planned out for the year with different themes. There are Christmas plays, school trips, Graduation parties, all sorts to get involved in. The food is amazing, the kids food is really nice and healthy. I got full feedback everyday on what my daughter had done, eaten, how long she slept, everything you would want to know. I feel children learn very well and quickly at Snowflakes. When my daughter started reception they said that her reading and writing was advanced for her age. I put this down to Snowflakes and the effort they put with all the children individually. I will have had 3 children go through this nursery and I would recommend to anyone, I don’t have a bad word to say about them."

"LOVING, VERY CARING NURSERY! Both my Daughters went to Snowflakes Nursery since they were 6 months old until aged 4 when they left to start primary school. I was extremely happy with the care both girls were given, I felt happy and reassured dropping the girls off at nursery so I could go to work with the knowledge they were safe. The food was healthy and balanced and the individual teaching was EXCELLENT! This proved itself as when the girls started school they were miles ahead of the rest of the class! The manager Nirupa was always friendly and her door was always open for a chat and to give suggestions. Thank you Snowflakes we will always have wonderful memories especially how special you made Christmas for the children, the trips to Legoland and their graduation day and photos you gave us of the day which are up on my mantelpiece!"
