"Unfortunately I made a mistake joining this swim class for my children. Its a small pool in a very small building. Its very cramp. They do 3 classes at once making 3 lanes in the pool so it's a very small area for each lesson. I wanted to cancel my membership on the first lesson but I was told by the lead instructor I could bring my youngest son by the pool as he has to be in a stroller. Suddenly two months later I was rudely told by a different teacher I can't bring a stroller in again and that i was never told I could. As i can't come anymore I spoke to the management about it but sadly they didn't know the rules either and had to find out. To cut a long story short they weren't any help and I have to cancel and they won't even give me a refund on money I paid in advance and made out to me they were being generous not charging me for the next month as well. My experience with hydrokidzswim has been very bad!"
