"This school care more about their reputation and the students whom are doing well instead of looking out for the students that are not coping and struggling. Also instead of helping students that are being bullied, they like to blame the childs home life as to why they are unhappy at school."
"A New Universal Method Martial arts class in the Reach Academy sports hall has started. The class is currently for Reach students only. The school is easy to find. The facilities are good. Feltham has a real lack of accessible sports halls so it is brilliant that Reach has facilities that suit a variety of sports and activities. The Tesco across from the school is convenient for parking and popping in for a quick top up shop."
"We were looking to book a basketball court around feltham. And then we came across reach academy. We booked the court for 1 hour but was still pending but when we went to discuss the situation about the pending request that was near to the time, the staff who was looking after the sports hall had to contact his manager through the phone and the manager was the most rudest manager I've ever come across. The phone was put on speaker and literally the manager said to his staff to shut the door and don't let anyone enter as the guys will get bored and leave and that he won't let us enter in the future too without having to contact us directly. We all were just frustrated about this particular manager behaviour and his attitude to us without having to contact us directly.. So reach academy is out of the list for ballers to play indoors in relation to poor communication, no professionalism, and rude behaviour.."
"We booked a basketball court in this school from School hire. Apparently, our payment was pending when we had booked 2/3 hrs prior to our arrival. On our arrival we heard the manager of sport facilities saying so much negative stuff without any valid reason and room for talk/negotiation. Some of the stuff he said were... Let them bore themselves out by sitting outside...waiting for decision and they will go away, when they come tomorrow, they will never be allowed back for not listening??! How rude and crude! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the manager, we just wanted to talk and the night shift staff was actually trying to help us by phoning his manager. You know what, forget booking, me and my friends will never even look at this school."
"I’ll be very very frank .The students are stressed out as well as the teachers , too many teachers are leaving .They care more about the academics of a child rather than their ability to cope in class /mental state . Children are looked down upon if they give their opinion. I don’t recommend the 6th form - such little experience in teaching and managing a sixth form which reflects on the students . The teachers look like they’re just learning themselves. The teachers don’t know how to speak to students , I was appalled when I saw a teacher shout at a student like a dog ! As a mother , I would want my child to be in an environment where they’re not traumatised all daylong .And lastly a serious lack of diversity in teachers and students have came up to me saying they’ve experienced racial discrimination and it’s not looked upon . The school should work on themselves before advertising it which is just fake ."
