"Well, to make it short, I bought some brush sets for procreate (again) and had a problem with the download of one of the sets; emails to design cuts and a day later I received a re-assuring email from Gina with a Dropbox link, tried it, it worked and I can use that set - overall, I am happy and pleased with their swift actions, it’s not the first time, design cuts is always very helpful if it comes to providing help and assistance with their excellent products, big thank you to Gina and the entire team at Design cuts"
