"Not a great company. Offered them item of household furniture. Showed pictures and they agreed to take everything. Turned up and then refused to take some of the items. Driver spent 10 minutes on phone to his mum after I explained everything, still wouldn't take. Next time, I'll use British Heart Foundation."
"Responded very quickly, and uplifted my conservatory Furniture and another time uplifted my old sofa. I recommend them to my daughter and she also had great service from them."
"Had a wee problem with a bed I bought. Sorted in 5 mins and courteously thanks folks. And they are a charity. Reg No on shop front."
"Stupidly expensive! These items can be bought new and/or bespoke for the same as Remar charges. The saving grace is of course the items are good quality and the staff are helpful."
"Fantastic!, We were looking for furniture that was different from the run of the mill flat packed stuff that would get replaced as soon as you bought it, what a great place this was to buy "UNIQUE" furniture, the people here are top class and aint doing it for profit but for charity, the items that you buy here are one offs, but pure quality items, heavy and unique and are made by hand! No heating in the show room, as I guess this would cost the charity!, the staff are lovely and have an attitude that is second to none, please visit as it will be a couple of hours well spent, I promise. Will return, Gerry n Michelle"
