"Best legal representation regarding family law for legal aid that you can find in Glasgow and probably the same level of service you would expect from an advocate or barrister without all the expensive fees. Paul Sheridan himself exhibits a very high intelligence and takes a very methodical interest into your case. He is very quick and on the ball, prompt and always remembered everything about my case even all the little details. He seems to have a naturally ability to take in a vast amount of information and then communicate and assert this information at children’s panels or court hearings. They gave me the strongest possible legal advice I needed and also assisted me in preventing my second daughter from going into care when she was born, oh which I was being bluffed by services at the time that she had to go into care and that I had to agree to their demands and “their way.” Once some of the concerns against my children’s mother became realised shortly after birth and the services sought a child protection order, the firm acted very quickly and were able to remove my entire name from the grounds of referral and then my second daughter came to live with me in my full care. Mr Sheridan also had the foresight and knowledge as well to advise to remove my consent on a crony psychological assessment the services were wishing to do on me and my children’s mother at the time and was able to assert these wishes to social services on my behalf providing them with evidence of case notes of previous judges remarks on this said psychologist. The rest of the team have always been bery helpful and responsive and have continued to assist me going forward and now have a full residence order of her to live with me and could not be more humbled and eternally grateful of what this firm has done for me!
