Please, please DO NOT hire Ghafar & Co if you want to save yourself from lack of communication, anger and disappointment. My house buyer hired Ghafar & Co and it nearly cost him the house and it nearly cost us our new house. Ghafar & Co did not communicate with our lawyers or their client for that matter so much so that to get ANY information the buyer had to drive to their office quite often due to them not answering their phone or emails for days.
