"I purchased from this website after seeing the great reviews, little did I know that it would be extremely difficult getting a refund, I bought a maxi-cosi isofix family fix2 which did not light up or make any noise as the battery holder compartment was completely missing. I queried this with customer service and they told me that it’s not supposed to light up or make noise, trying to fob me off and insulting me in the process, they said it would cost me £18 to return it. The item is clearly faulty as the indicator lights and audible noise are an integral feature of this product, I’ve sent more pictures via email of the book and the isofix showing where the lights are suppose to light up. I Just want to return this item at no cost to me for a full refund as its blatantly faulty. Avoid this place if you don’t want hassle, and if you do buy, purchase via paypal so they can resolve any issues if the company try to fob you off. Order number - BM1614"
