"An absolute rip off for prices. Will not be back but, won't be missed because obviously a lot of parents are pleased to pay these prices for peace. Charging 1.50 for pensioners who won't be on the bouncy castles or slides. Disgrace. It must cost parents with two kids including meals about 70.00 for two hours. a money making racket."

"Adventure Planet is a huge soft play with lots of slides and an inflatable area. There's a special bit for 0-3 year olds and a smaller bit just for babies. It's pretty entertaining for the kids, clean and seemed to be well supervised. The only issue for me is the price. £21 for an hour, for an adult, a 15-month old and a 3 year old. The 15 month old and the 3 year old cost the same, even though the older one can do waaaay more than his wee brother."

"We bought our daughter here while we where staying over for a few days and we thought it was brilliant and amazing. There is so much to do, all the toys, the inflatable section, the 3 level softplay and all those slides. My daughter had an amazing time! We went for the 2 hours and the time passed so quickly. Very spacious which is nice, as a lot of soft plays can be cramped. I wish we had something on this scale in Cumbria. Most ones down here are a lot smaller and don't offer as much. I don't get people complaining about the price. It's actually pretty reasonable for something that size compared to what you pay down here. The softplays in my area adults pay as well, and in a lot of them it's £3.00, as they also us the facilities. Also the food was nice as well and again reasonably priced. I was expecting to pay more as some of these places rip you off for the food. The only downside was the heat, it was way way to hot and you could feel the heat coming off the ceiling mounted heaters, it was also quiet a warm day as well so the heating didn't need to be on that high. My only other thing is none card payment for entry and yet you can use can card to pay for food. I did notice card machines at the entrance so I really don't know why it's cash only when we live in a time now, esp after covid where few people actually use cash."

"Great for the wee ones, but charging extra for an adult to enter is just daft. We are not going to leave our kids in a soft play alone. Why charge the parents to enter the building to look after our own kids. Money grabbers. Never going back. Get your prices sorted. Sounds like you've no idea."
