"The sales tactics of this company are questionable at best, predatory at worst. I asked my mum (who knows nothing about vaping) to pop into the suchiehall store, only due to the fact I got my covid vaccine and I am unable to go to the EK store, which I generally dread due to the pressure of them trying to up sell you... Regardless, I need coils and a short fill, so I send my mum a spefic list with the coil spec (geek vape KA1 0.2 ohm) and juice selection (it's important to note I said not to take a nic shot) and to phone me with any issues, no call comes and I get an Instagram picture of BOTH of the Cerberus coil specs, and not one, but 2 nic shots.. upon phoning her she explained that despite me giving her clear instructions the staff member basically pushed a "better safe than sorry" ploy to get her to part with an extr £20... Shameful. However, the juice selection is great. Just don't send a noob in to get anything... They smell the blood in the water clearly"

They really helped me transition from smoking finally, and even though you could buy most things online, I appreciate the human interaction (especially as someone who vapes as a substitute, not a hobby). Would recommend if you want to make the switch, as they've got a food variety of user friendly products."
