"Customer service is appalling. Heads stuck in phones. There are no Covid safety measures in place, not even hand gel. Nobody wears a mask and the shop needs a good clean. Don’t think shelves have ever been wiped down. Absolutely filthy. Update since new owners recently took over. This shop is now spotlessly clean. You can see the investment in shelving, fridges etc. Customer service is excellent."
