Reviews
"Useful Asda in a good place in the town has pretty much everything that you would need apart from prime hydration but not many have that anyway"
"Used to be a good store, staff where always very friendly. The woman on the service/ lottery / tobacco counter is the most miserable individual I have ever met. Doesn’t smile or the slightest welcoming approach to customers. unprofessional is an understatement. Unfortunately it is our nearest store. This individual certainly needs some attitude adjustment, think she forgets it the shoppers that pay her wage."
"Disappointed in clothes section. Jeans all sitting folded up in piles on shelves. Couldn't be bothered going through to find straight ones....they used to be all organised, hanging and easy to look through!"
"Used to be good, terrible store now. Very few checkouts open so rely on self-service. Prepare to do the checkout work yourself whilst staff stand around chatting nearby. Lots of empty shelves so you can rarely pick up everything you need - including basics like bread. Be very careful to check the best before dates on what you pick up because there are often out of date items pushed to the front for unwary customers. The management are clearly running this store into the ground and customers are no longer valued. No doubt this will receive a reply stating that they are eager to look into the concerns but nothing will change. It is obviously much cheaper for them to have staff watch customer's do their work for them."
"Checkout operator asking myself and partner when our baby is due. Once she had been told that we weren't expecting she then proceeded to tell us about offers on baby stuff. Not even a sorry or anything. Couldn't even get through on the phone to speak with the store manager or duty manager to raise this concern. Overall experience was poor."
