"We decided to use the hand held device for shopping. This was our third time. We must have made a mistake and had to go through the embarrassment of our trolley rechecked by being emptied and everything scanned again in front of other shoppers. The assistant gave us looks as if we were thieves. DON'T USE THE SCANNER... if you make one mistake you'll be treated as a thief."
"totally appaulled by the service here tonight. Was totally verbally abused by 2 ill mannered girls whom were allowed to enter the store and terrorise shoppers on electric scooters. It came to the point they were lodging products at customers and when I approached a member of staff who had plenty of time to stand and chat to staff members told me her shift has finished. You need to train your staff to be more helpful when situations occur and have some staff on the shop floor as there was absolutely no one around."

"Not good guys no Clense for hands and trolleys at doors. Shelves very empty and full of empty boxes Some prices miles ahead of tesco no no financial chance in this store now. Staff still nice but overworked not enough of them. Too many grabbing and carrying on at self check outs."
"Customer service assistance attitude is terrible, but cannot complain about the other floor staff very helpful. I want to know if or when you will be getting fresh curry leaves (origin india). Curry leaves are so fresh & use as a herbal drink which is very effective for controlling cholesterol ect"
