"Some of the staff aren’t the friendliest and don’t communicate much at the till. I would advise anyone shopping here to always check your receipt because I was over charged on more than one occasion. I had the inconvenience of having to return the next day to receive my refund to which I didn’t even receive an apology. The store in general seems clean and tidy and stocks most items required for an everyday shop."

"Staff are very friendly and always keen to help, so 1 star for them. However, barely ever anyone on the tills especially early morning and in evening. Forced use of self service machines isn't ideal considering many elderly shoppers use this store. Fresh produce always short dated and also seen instances of things lying on shelves which are already passed sell by date. Shop also appears very low on fresh produce even running out of essentials. For instance tonight they had absolutely no bananas (pic added). Something seriously changed in this Asda as around 10 years ago it was excellent and better than its bigger Robroyston cousin."
