"I hired a cleaner from my local supermarket and found a series of brown stains (suspected dirty brushes had ruined my lush wool carpet ) Clean Direct were prompt, knowledgeable, professional. My major concerns were carpet ruined. Today Tony has pre treated, cleaned the carpet, removed staining. Outstanding, he is like a magican. From experience now no way back to cleaning them myself.
