"After the lifting of covid restrictions I went to an all you can eat buffet at a local restaurant, while reaching for my drink a large part of my right sleeve brushed over my plate and when I lifted my are to drink some of the food landed on my lap, embarrassing, I thought I would be buying a new white shirt and light grey dress trousers, The shirt was not that expensive but the trousers cost a lot more than the meal itself as they are part of a suit. The tall lady at the branch told me she would see what she could do and what she could do was fantastic, both items look brand new, no marks at all even when I hold it up to the light, I don't know how they do it. Very pleased thank you Johnsons."
"I love this dry cleaners. The team here are always friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Victoria and Stuart are always happy to see you and help as much as they can, they have a new colleague who's name I am yet to learn but she is always happy and helpful as well. its fair to say dry cleaning and alterations can be a bit expensive her, but after getting alterations done elsewhere I can confirm that you get what you pay for."

"Washing machine broke down. Needed some clothes washin very quickly. As they are local thought I would give them a call. They say they can do a fast turnaround. I go into shop with clothes. I'm quoted two days to wash a pair of jeans underwear socks and a towel and a few tshirts. Cost me 27 quid! And the lad who served me (wearing a badge saying ladies I'm already taken) was the most rudest person I have ever ever dealt with. Rest assured tomorrow I'll be calling up to ask if they can get my clothes done quicker. Moral of the story - DO NOT rely on this dry cleaners to help you out. They are rip off merchants. No customer service. I left feeling very unwelcome and not a well treated customer."
