"6 times payment rejected via paypal and natwest. Paid using both methods elsewhere today no problem. Send email to toolstop and gets bounced back. Is this company still trading? Not very impressive either way. I was intending to upgrade a lot of tools over next few weeks...Perhaps I need to take my business elsewhere. Update: My package delivery was delayed for some reason. When it did turn up (today) item was damaged inside. Driver was supposed to return to collect said item this afternoon. Waited in all afternoon. No phone call which I requested he make when arriving. Then receive a message from Toolstop saying driver was told there was no package to collect. Don't know who he supposedly spoke to but it was neither me nor my partner. He (Nikolai ) obviously couldn't be bothered to use the phone. I have just been told the package will be collected tomorrow. Not building my hopes up! The saga continues: Delivery of replacement machine promised today. Driver didn't leave where specified nor call my contact number. To save further bullsh*t and agro I had to ravel at my own expense and time to depot to collect. Once again I had my intelligence insulted with more lies and excuses. Toolstop supposedly changed couriers from APD to DPD. Sorry to say DPD are the worst courier ever. In future I will not buy from anyone using this incompetent company."

"Better than Amazon what a fantastic company! cheapest Dewalt power tools found on line. Ordering was easy quotes free delivery (subject to spend amount) amazed I was advised it would arrive the next day. Queried such an early delivery date with customer services, extremely helpful advising can change delivery address using DPD app if needed to. DPD communication was excellent with continual delivery ETA updates. No changes required as It did arrive the next day (in the morning), I was amazed. Will continue to use Toolstop in the future."

"Product and service fine but be aware you will be plagued with promotional emails every day thereafter if you purchase from them. They acknowledge their daily screen shots have annoyance and nuisance value for many customers most of whom have better things to do than keep deleting them day after day. IF you need the same branded products and good service without this irritating after sales persistence bear in mind there are many other similar companies that have more consideration for customers than this one"
