"First class service with a smile. Ordered for collection at the wrong store (doh!) quickly resolved with no fuss. Visited 3 times past week and every time stock in shop, no long waits and staff available waiting for you. Refreshing compared to other retailers"
"Great DIY store generally good price and service."
"I've had similar experiences to some of the other reviewers of Toolstation, Parkhead and have decided this week that I won't be spending my money at Toolstation at all now. The woman who works there is so ignorant and rude that it beggars belief that she hasn't been pulled aside by now. Typically officious and obstructive in her manner for the sake of it, rather than using common sense. The other overweight young man who works there is also lacking in basic manners, highlighted by his colleague (who I've only seen once in the place) who couldn't be any more polite and respectful. Get your act together Toolstation."
"Possibly one of the worst experiences I have had in any shop. I was wanting to purchase some items and with being in between addresses and not being able to give one for the purchase, the lady who served me continued to shout out that I had no address and if that was not enough turn to her colleague to shout it to her colleague also. Every other person in the shop at the time being made very clearly of my circumstances. I should of either been told that they can not sell to me or explained quietly about any difficulties caused instead of shouting it to the entire shop and trying to humiliate me in the process. 18/07/2022"
"Was at Toolstation Parkhead this afternoon and I must say I had great service and help from Lewis we can all moan very easily but should be just as quick to praise so I hope I got the name right? and thanks again for getting the order sorted and a refund. First class service."
