"Iv order a few rimes now from VK Timber and everytime they have been great. Ordered this time to upgrade my fence from 4ft to 6ft and double slat it. Firstly customer service, i ordered 6 ft peices of timber but also 6ft posts. Mark from Vk phoned me as he relised I may be mistaken and forgot about the length going into the ground and needed 8ft. He changed the order and no hassle what so ever. Then the delivery driver, im on nightshift atm and asked if he could just put it outside and id move it when im up from sleeping. He moved some things about and craned it into my garden to save me the hassle. To me thats 2 peices of customer service that is above and beyond. Qaulity all the wood is perfect as always no warps etc. In terms of price id say the are the best or are up there. Lastly I order on the 26th and had it on the 28th. Really cant be beaten for everything."

Friendly and helpful staff, quick service too - ordered a bulk bag of stone chips which arrived promptly at my home the following day, with a courtesy call to advise that the goods were in transit. I popped down to the depot the following day to pick up some 25KG bags of the same chips, again great service - made the purchase, and the goods were brought round to my car on a fork lift - the guys loaded the car for me, and I was good to go. Would absolutely recommend VK Timber, five stars well deserved!"

Each time the service has been excellent (even when the mistake were on my end) Prices have been fair, delivery on time and advised by a call from the driver is there were any holdups. The wood quality has been excellent, dressed pieces were nice and clean and most importantly straight. Will continue to use again, pretty solid group."
