"Had Bought a Corner Sofa suite with a matching 2 seater last year from Scs Livingston. Was delivered in September that year, fast forward to December started experiencing major issues with the corner sofa, material was wearing away and it was becoming uncomfortable to sit on. Phoned and complained, guy came out told me that sofas get worn because we sit on them… ( very good ) I could have worked this out but after 3 months shouldn’t be a problem. Nothing done, phoned again as it’s now completely uncomfortable, guy was meant to get us new cushions, heard nothing back from them. Phoned and complained a 3rd time and this was a month ago guy came out and said nothing they could do and we would have to pay for new cushions. Absolutely shocking service from this company regret spending over £2500 on a suite with them and will not be recommending to anyone nor going near the store again. Year later they haven’t taken any accountability to sort it or apologise for this. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Absolute disgrace"
